Criminal Record Checks

Criminal Record Checks including Vulnerable Sector Verification are required for all Mini and Youth Team Personnel (18+), including all staff and volunteers (coaches, team personnel, instructors, gender representatives and chaperones or others).  A CRC will be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issue, per SSA requirements (14.2 Section Thirteen - Risk Management).

Please click the link below for the Moose Jaw Police Service website - for detailed instructions on obtaining a CRC with Vulnerable Sector Check.  CRC's can be obtained either in person with a paper form or online through their website.  An original copy of the CRC must be provided to JJ Soccer Ltd once completed for verification.  As per SSA guidelines, the cost of the CRC is the responsibility of the applicant.

Please Note:  You must be a resident of the City of Moose Jaw with a civic street address in order to apply through the Moose Jaw Police Service.  Making a false statement - such as a non-resident declaring a local address at which they do not currently reside - will result in the discontinuation of application processing and the forfeiture of all monies paid.  The Moose Jaw Police Service can no longer run Criminal Record Checks for Rural Route Moose Jaw addresses.  For CRC's for Rural addresses - please contact the agency that polices your area.
